Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, standard shipping takes 5–7 business days within the United States. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Lost or Stolen Packages

Lymphara is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost in transit, contact us at support.lymphara@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to locate your shipment.
